Last Updated: 14 July 2026

Welcome to Keepology. These Terms of Service (the "Terms" or this "Agreement") are a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "User," or "Member") and 2341 Inc. (주식회사 이삼사일) ("Keepology," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Keepology mobile application and all related products, features, content, and services provided by the Company (collectively, the "Service").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

ARTICLE 14 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION) EXPLAINS HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY WILL BE RESOLVED. CERTAIN MANDATORY LOCAL RIGHTS MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON YOUR COUNTRY OR REGION OF RESIDENCE. PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY.

Article 1. The Service

1.1 What Keepology Does. Keepology is a health and wellness application that helps users understand and manage appetite, eating patterns, weight-related behaviors, and daily lifestyle routines. The Service may use information that you choose to enter, such as meal logs, appetite or craving records, emotions, sleep, activity, water intake, weight, and other wellness check-ins, as well as data from your device, connected wearables, or third-party platforms where available. Based on this information, the Service may provide logs, reports, educational content, reminders, and wellness insights to support habit formation and long-term weight management.

1.2 Not Medical Advice; No Physician-Patient Relationship. Keepology is designed to support general health and wellness, but it is not medical care, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Company is not a licensed medical or healthcare provider. Any information, insights, or recommendations provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice or construed to create a physician-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any health, diet, fitness, or wellness program, and with any questions you have about a medical condition. NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 (OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER) OR SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION.

1.3 User-Provided Information and Optional Device Data. The Service may rely on information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and, where available, data from your device, connected wearables, sensors, or third-party platforms. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-provided information, device data, automatically generated information, or guidance derived from such information. Such information may be affected by user input, device settings, sensor availability, connectivity, platform limitations, and other factors. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating information from the Service using your own judgment and, where appropriate, in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

1.4 Eligibility. You must be at least 14 years old to create an account and use the Service, and the Service is not available to children under 14. If you are at least 14 but are a minor under the law of your country or region, you may use the Service only after you and your parent or legal guardian have carefully reviewed and understood these Terms together, and your parent or legal guardian consents to your use of the Service, is informed of the risks of using the Service, and takes appropriate measures to supervise and protect you. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement (or have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent), and are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

1.5 Geographic Availability. The Service is not currently offered to individuals who ordinarily reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. New registrations, purchases, or certain features may be unavailable in these regions. We may use technical or account-verification measures to restrict access or registration where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or our regional availability policies.

1.6 Service Evolves. The Service is continually changing. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice, for reasons including operational or technical needs, low usage, changes in policy, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You may be required to update the application to continue using the Service. Except as required by law, we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

1.7 Device Requirements. Normal use of the Service requires a compatible device and a supported operating system version, such as a supported version of Android or iOS. Minimum technical requirements may vary by device, operating system, app version, and app store availability. If your device or operating system does not meet the applicable minimum requirements, some features may not work properly, and we are not responsible for limited functionality on unsupported devices or operating systems.
